This steam mop is great. We love how everything turns out sparkling clean. I was skeptical because I couldn't find an address and phone number for the company.

I have already rated my experience with the water mop and the replacement pads. Please do not keep sending me these notices and emails. I am very happy with the product and would definitely recommend it to everyone as I said please do not send these emails to me any longer.

I ordered so I would have on hand when the one I have wears out

have no cell phone, so i can't send photo. but i will say i like it. i used all 4 pads right away and then washed them in machine. they came out of washer as if they were new again. i like.

They almost fit perfectly, better then others i bought online . They worked fine .

The pads do a great job of picking up the dirt-works great on flooring or carpet.

It's nice to have spare "mop" heads for the Thane, but think it would have been better if they included 2 "mop" heads with the Thane package.

I was surprised by how much cleaner the floors were even after they had been washed Easy to apply.

They sent the wrong items, could not contact them. Will never buy anything from them again!

I have been emailing daily to resolve a delivery issue. They delivered to an autofill address in Whitney Point NY. I had to log a dispute with my credit card company to get results. I still have not rec'd my order. I've provided the correct address multiple times. I hope the replacement shipment is on its way. I have not rec'd tracking yet. Once it arrives, I will drop my credit card payment dispute and cancel my order with Shark on a new steam mop

First I like the steamer. I wanted additional pads for the steamer. The website showed 3 pads I ordered and found they were too small. Evidently they were for H20 X5 I kept them because I felt it was my fault. Then I reordered again looking for 3 pads received the same pads. Looking at the website the only item that includes A PAD is https://thaneclean.com/collections/h2o-hd-accessories/products/h2o-hd-pads-3-pk So I am not pleased

Just a regular steam mop can buy the same thing for 39$ over priced for just a regular steam mop with a few attachments.

I have heard nothing but great things about your product. I’ve bought it and then ordered some extra pads, but I haven’t had a chance to use it yet although it’s been months. I am 96 years old and had hoped to get some help through IHSS, but like not most organizations, only foreigners seem to be able to get. Therefore, I’ve been a little slow with your product. I got help. I wanted to have good equipment for them to use. Anyway, I’ll get to it eventually on my own. Thank you for asking

I love this steam mop I don't have to carry pail and mop upstairs any more this is so easy and fast to use i just ordered the micro pads and they are well made

I love my H20 X5, but one microfiber mop pad wasn't enough. So, I went online to order another one. It was very easy to find the pads on the website and they come in a three pack, which was great. The transaction went very smooth, and they shipped right away. The H20 X5 is a wonderful machine for cleaning. It's easy to use, and there is no harsh smell from using a cleaning solution because all you use is water. The steam sterilizes everything, so you are left with nothing but clean. I would recommend getting the H20 X5 to anyone. You can't go wrong with it.
