Ordered extra mopping pads so that I could clean multiple times without having to wash the original pad and wait for it to dry. This allows me to clean floors and carpet in multiple areas and then wash all the pads at once.

These pick up a lot of dirt so you need quite a few. I have found that they don't wash up well, pretty dingy after use but I really like my steam cleaner as I have never felt like my floors were ever this clean before

I have been emailing daily to resolve a delivery issue. They delivered to an autofill address in Whitney Point NY. I had to log a dispute with my credit card company to get results. I still have not rec'd my order. I've provided the correct address multiple times. I hope the replacement shipment is on its way. I have not rec'd tracking yet.
