This stuff’s great! It cleans up areas that haven’t been this clean in years!! I’m now buying for friends and family!

I don’t remember ordering this. I will use it as I am sure it will extend the life of my steam mop. I will research where else it may be of benefit. I could not really rate it as it is yet to be seen how beneficial it will be. Thank you.

I ordered the descaler, they sent me scents! I didn’t want that! It’s impossible to speak with anyone or to email anyone at thane! But they make it easy to write a review! Maybe a customer service representative will get in touch with me, but doubtful! Very disappointing!!
