I have been emailing daily to resolve a delivery issue. They delivered to an autofill address in Whitney Point NY. I had to log a dispute with my credit card company to get results. I still have not rec'd my order. I've provided the correct address multiple times. I hope the replacement shipment is on its way. I have not rec'd tracking yet. Once it arrives, I will drop my credit card payment dispute and cancel my order with Shark on a new steam mop

First I like the steamer. I wanted additional pads for the steamer. The website showed 3 pads I ordered and found they were too small. Evidently they were for H20 X5
I kept them because I felt it was my fault. Then I reordered again looking for 3 pads received the same pads.
Looking at the website the only item that includes A PAD is https://thaneclean.com/collections/h2o-hd-accessories/products/h2o-hd-pads-3-pk
So I am not pleased

Just a regular steam mop can buy the same thing for 39$ over priced for just a regular steam mop with a few attachments.

I have heard nothing but great things about your product. I’ve bought it and then ordered some extra pads, but I haven’t had a chance to use it yet although it’s been months. I am 96 years old and had hoped to get some help through IHSS, but like not most organizations, only foreigners seem to be able to get. Therefore, I’ve been a little slow with your product. I got help. I wanted to have good equipment for them to use. Anyway, I’ll get to it eventually on my own. Thank you for asking

I love my H20 X5, but one microfiber mop pad wasn't enough. So, I went online to order another one. It was very easy to find the pads on the website and they come in a three pack, which was great. The transaction went very smooth, and they shipped right away. The H20 X5 is a wonderful machine for cleaning. It's easy to use, and there is no harsh smell from using a cleaning solution because all you use is water. The steam sterilizes everything, so you are left with nothing but clean. I would recommend getting the H20 X5 to anyone. You can't go wrong with it.
